Transforms scale and offset of a signal

Description:
Adjust a signal into a specified range. This operation occurs according to the following function:
Where:
- : Input Signal.
- : Output Signal.
- : Scale coefficient value.
- : Offset coefficient value.
Figure 1 and 2 show the Scale and Offset block being used in a diagram.

Parameters:
Defines the coefficient for scaling, i.e. scaling factor.
Defines the coefficient for offset, i.e. DC value.

The signal flowing from this port is the input signal in its transformed version.
