Performs bitwise NOT in the input

Description:

The Bit Not block performs a bitwise NOT on the Input Signal. Figure 1 shows an example in which the Input Signal value is equal to 0b1, i.e., 0b0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0001. As a result, the block returns the value of 0b1111 1111 1111 1111 1111 1111 1111 1110.
