| Time Zone | Support and Security Teams | Your time zone is used by support and security teams to troubleshoot issues related to your account or service availability. |
| Job Title | Any user in your group | Your job title may be visible to any user within your group to help with role identification. |
| Department | Any user in your group | Your department is visible to other users within your group to help facilitate collaboration and communication. |
| Workplace | Group Administrators | Your workplace is visible only to administrators for account management and organizational purposes. |
