How to report issues or provide Feedback

To report a bug or submit a suggestion, please follow the steps outlined below. It's important to provide detailed information to help us understand and address the issue effectively.

  1. Access the Portal and Log In

    First, go to the portal and log in with your credentials.

  2. Go to the 'Tickets' Page

    After logging in, navigate to the

    Tickets

    page. This section is where you can manage and track your reported issues or suggestions.

  3. Click 'New Ticket'

    On the

    Tickets

    page, click on the

    New Ticket

    button to start the process of submitting your report or suggestion.

  4. Fill in the 'Subject' Field

    In the

    Subject

    field, provide a brief but clear title that summarizes the issue or suggestion you are reporting.

  5. Select the Ticket Category

    Select the ticket category:

    Software

    ,

    Hardware

    ,

    Web

    , or

    Others

  6. Select the Software Version or Product

    Below the ticket category, select the

    software version

    ,

    product name

    , or

    web platform

    relevant to your issue or suggestion.

  7. Write a Detailed Description

    Provide a detailed description of the bug, suggestion, or any other feedback. The more information you provide, the easier it will be for our team to investigate and address the issue.

  8. Upload Relevant Files

    If applicable, upload any relevant files, such as

    , to help us better understand the issue or suggestion. The following file types are supported: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .pdf, .doc, .docx, .txt, .rfcfg, .xls, .xlsx, .csv, .zip, .rar

  9. Click 'SEND TICKET'

    Once you've completed all the fields and uploaded any necessary files, click the

    SEND TICKET

    button to send your report or suggestion to our team. You will receive a confirmation once your ticket is successfully submitted.

Once the ticket is submitted, you will receive a

confirmation email

. The ticket will also appear in your

Tickets

list on the portal. Whenever there is progress or a response regarding your ticket, you will be notified by email, and you can view the ticket status and the team's response directly on the

Tickets

page.
